About

My path to fiction began at my local public library, where I worked as the assistant children’s librarian — better known as the Story Lady. Every weekday, I read aloud to groups of children, helping them discover the joy of books and, in the process, deepening my own love of storytelling.

That early experience taught me how stories connect us — through rhythm, voice, and emotion. I carried those lessons into a career in marketing communications, where I learned how to shape a message, pace a narrative, and capture a reader’s attention.

Today, I bring all of that to my fiction, writing thrillers that explore the hidden motives and quiet tensions beneath everyday life. My love for the written word has evolved from picture books at story hour to the richly layered stories I now create for adult readers.
